These Terms of Service explain how customers may use ForexHost NG managed Forex VPS services.

Service Description

ForexHost NG provides managed VPS hosting and related setup support for traders using platforms such as MT4 and MT5.

VPS Hosting Only

ForexHost NG provides VPS hosting and related setup support only. We do not provide financial advice and do not guarantee trading profits, broker execution, EA performance, signal accuracy, or market outcomes.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their trading decisions, broker accounts, trading platforms, EAs, passwords, and account security.

Payments and Renewals

Customers are responsible for paying the correct service fees and renewing their VPS subscription before expiry to avoid suspension.

VPS Provisioning and Access

After payment confirmation and setup, ForexHost NG may provide VPS access details such as IP address, username, password, and expiry date.

Suspension or Termination

ForexHost NG may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, prohibited activities, or violation of these terms.

Prohibited Activities

Customers must not use the VPS for illegal activity, spam, malware, phishing, hacking attempts, crypto mining, torrenting, or activities that abuse server resources.

Support Scope

Support may include VPS access guidance, basic MT4/MT5 setup support, Remote Desktop assistance, and renewal follow-up. We do not manage trading strategies or broker accounts.

Limitation of Liability

ForexHost NG is not responsible for trading losses, broker issues, EA errors, market movement, customer device problems, or misuse of VPS access.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
