Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is allowed and prohibited when using ForexHost NG VPS services.

Allowed Use

ForexHost NG VPS services are intended for MT4/MT5, EAs, signal tools, trading-related browsers/tools, Remote Desktop access, and broker setup support.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use the VPS for illegal activity, spam, phishing, malware, botnets, hacking attempts, port scanning, abuse of other networks, piracy, or unauthorized resale.

Resource Abuse

Customers must not run workloads that overload CPU, RAM, disk, network, or affect other customers.

Mining Prohibition

Cryptocurrency mining, CPU mining, GPU mining, mining pools, or related mining activity is strictly prohibited.

Spam and Illegal Activity

Sending spam, hosting scam pages, phishing, distributing malware, or using the VPS for illegal content is prohibited.

Security Abuse

Hacking attempts, brute force activity, vulnerability scanning, unauthorized access attempts, and network attacks are not allowed.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for keeping passwords secure and using their VPS within the approved trading-related purpose.

Monitoring and Enforcement

ForexHost NG may monitor resource usage, uptime, traffic patterns, and abuse reports to protect the platform.

Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if abuse, prohibited activity, non-payment, or policy violation is detected.
