Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how ForexHost NG handles refund and cancellation requests for VPS reservations, provisioning, and renewals.

Before Provisioning

If a customer pays but the VPS has not yet been provisioned, a refund may be considered after review.

After Provisioning

Once a VPS has been provisioned and login details have been delivered, fees are generally non-refundable.

Renewal Payments

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the renewal period has been applied to the VPS service.

Service Issues

If ForexHost NG cannot provide the service after payment, the customer may receive a refund or an alternative arrangement after review.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for trading losses, broker issues, EA failure, market movement, customer device issues, wrong trading decisions, or internet issues outside the VPS environment.

Abuse or Policy Violation

Refunds may be denied where the service was suspended or terminated due to violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or other service terms.

To request a refund review, contact ForexHost NG with your name, order reference, payment details, and reason for the request.
